Join Bre at Panacea Healing Arts on Saturday 2/15 from 6-9pm for a deep and nourishing sound meditation where we will enter stillness and presence to align our bodies and fine tune our instruments with the support of these powerful vibrational tools.

Participants will need to bring yoga mats, water, blankets, and / or eye masks, and any items of comfort and support to flow and truly nurture themselves during this deeply restoring session.
