This is an all-levels 70 minute yoga class with Natalie Lain. Each class we start by anchoring into the breath and setting an intention. Our class will have a theme such as opening the heart, cultivating gratitude, grounding, being present, & more. Natalie will guide the yoga flow as you connect with your body and nourish yourself from the inside out.
Please bring a yoga mat! This is a must. We will be following a no-prop sequence however if you want to you can bring your own yoga blocks, strap, bolster, or blanket and you can use these at your own discretion (optional).
